When you call someone, here's a text I like to send after if they don't answer.

“Hey ___, this is (Your Name) with (Your Office). You applied to our ad on (Job Site) and I was wanting to set you up with my hiring manager. When are you free to chat?”

Confirmation Text for after you schedule the interview:

It was nice chatting with you (Name)! I just wanted to confirm I've got you added to the calendar. (Hiring Manger) will be the one who calls you at (Time) (Time Zone) tomorrow morning/afternoon. I hope you have a great day!🙂

Reminder Text for 15 mins prior:

Reminder: You have a phone interview with (Hiring Manager) in 15mins! He will be calling from a (###) area code.👍
